Penerapan Perlindungan Hukum Nasabah Bank dalam Perspektif Undang-Undang Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
This study aims to analyze the application of legal protection for the community, especially bank customers, who have entrusted their funds to be managed by banks. So far, bank customers as users of banking industry services, in particular do not have a separate legal umbrella, because it is still one in the legal protection of financial services outside the banking sector. For that reason, this research would like to know how the implementation of legal protection for bank customers against funds that have been entrusted to the bank for submission of its management. To obtain the data of this research, used qualitative research method with sociological approach, normative juridical, using interview technique and juridical analysis. The general outcome at the bank's head office has a section in charge of protecting customers through legal / legal sections. However, the absence of a separate regulatory conditions in the legal protection of bank customers, the legal certainty in the protection of customers has not been specific.
