Model Peningkatan Kinerja Melalui Pengembangan Analisis Jabatan dan Kesesuaian Kompetensi dalam Penempatan Kerja
Abstract
We explore to analyze the influence of job analysis and job placement on the employee’s performance. This research conducted in Pengadilan Militer III-17 Manado. This research used a mixed method with sequential explanatory model. It means that the quantitative method used to prove hypothesis and complement with qualitative research method. Questionnaire has been used in collecting
data from 21 respondents while interview with 8 informant. SPPS Version 23 has been used in anlyising this data. this research shows that job analysis and job placement have positive and significant effect on employee’s performance with multiple correlation value 0,888 and r2 value 0,789 or 78,9%. Partial test result of job analysis is Tstatistic = 7.088 bigger than Ttable 2,093 and partial test result placement of Ttable = 7,000 greater than Ttable while the result of Test F is Fstatistic = 33.654 larger Ftable = 3554. Qualitative data indicates that the implementation of job analysis is not maximized dan the job placement is not in accordance with the competence of employee thus affecting the employee performance.
