Analisis Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia di Room Division pada Hotel Berbintang
The aim of this research is to analyze the actual number of employee required by the room division in each section in the front office and housekeeping department at Harris Tuban Hotel. After the data is gathered, it is analyzed through descriptive qualitative analysis. Descriptive qualitative analysis is a method that describes data organizationally in systematic, actual, and accurate manner based on the available facts. This analysis is employed to explicate the information gathered throughout the research period. Meanwhile, work load analysis and work force analysis are employed to identify the number of employees needed. Based on the analysis, it is found that the work load increases 1.03 times from 2016’s work load. The work load analysis is then processed for a second time by taking the employees attendance and movement level from each of the department in the year of 2016 into account, consequently it is found that some of the sections require additional personnel, i.e. 1 personnel in GSA, 3 personnel in GSC, 6 personnel in concierge, 3 personnel in room attendant, while there are also surplus of employees in other section, i.e. 2 personnel in public area.
