Perhitungan Kredibilitas Pemberi Testimoni pada Novel Online
Electronics commerce nowadays significantly increases which indicated by the big volume of online transaction shopping. Online reviews and testimonies of products or services play important role in influencing customer’s purchase intention. Customer will consider their decision in purchasing through the testimonies of a product from other customer that already used the product, especially from the credible customer. The problems are how we know that the users are credible and the reviews are related to their experiences or behaviour and attitude. The assessment can be done by checking the email address or username of the reviewer, by crawling the name to relating the websites. Calculation of the
credibility of the reviewer by counting of keywords that are often used in the collection of documents of the crawler results, if the keywords associated with the terms used in description can conclude that the reviewer has a relation/expertise with what is being reviewed. If the credibility of the reviewer is high
both the testimony of the reviewer can be trusted to be used as consideration for further processing. An example is the testimony can be used to rank the Novel as discussed in this paper. The accuracy of the test results of reviewer credibility calculation obtained 95% precision value and recall 91.66%.
