Beberapa Determinan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif pada Karyawan Industri Batik Skala Ekspor Surakarta
Based on Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs data, global innovation index and global talent competitiveness index of Indonesia in the Asean region are ranked bellow of Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia, and Thailand. Batik is one of Indonesia's creative industry sector products in the handicraft sub-sector. This industry strongly requires the power of innovation to keep increasing its export volume. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of transformational leadership, learning orientation and workplace spirituality on innovative work behavior in batik industrySurakarta. Technique of collecting data was done through distibuting questionnaire to employees of export-scale batik industry on the motif, border and house hold. Data analysis techniques used werestructural equation modelling with AMOS software version 22.0. All value of loading factor of each indicator on latent variable shows significant. The result of analysis showed that positive effect of transformational leadership, learning orientation and workplace orientationon innovative work behavior. Learning orientation has the greatest impact on innovative work behaviors.
