Analisis Model Kepemimpinan Transformasional di Politeknik Negeri Manado
Abstract
Every organization is required to respond to changes that occur in order to still exist in global competition. Leaders, Lecturers, Employees who become part of an organization is required to increase knowledge, expertise, skills, and attitudes professionally with the basis of personality and ethics that fit the needs of the Institution. The research focus is Transformational Leadership Model Analysis at
Manado State Polytechnic. While the sub focus of research is to analyze the charisma of leadership, inspiration of leadership, intellectual stimulation and individual consideration in carrying out the task. This research is a qualitative research where the approach of taking data with observation and interview
covering Leaders, Lecturers and Officers at State Polytechnic of Manado. The result of the analysis turns out that the application of transformational leadership mophel at Manado State Polytechnic has not been effective yet.Conclusion of research result: 1) Leader must deliver mission vision continuously, 2) Leaders must be able to establish effective communication with subordinates, 3) Leaders need to provide Reward and Punishmen continuously to subordinates, 4) Leaders should be able to socialize work programs to subordinates, 5) Leaders must be able to solve problems that occur in the work environment and 6) Leaders must be able to improve the quality of Human Resources through improvement to education level, Master Program, and Doctoral Program.
