Abstract

Technological developments resulted in enormous changes for the company, including changes in the process of recruiting employees. Ten years ago, the recruitment process was still done conventionally. It is now online. According to Technology Acceptance Model (Davis, 1989), perceptions of ease of using technology will affect the behavior of its users. This study aims to examine the influence of using technology in the recruitment process starting from the info job vacancy, written test and interviews conducted online. Respondents in this study amounted to 30 people consisting of PNJ alumni in 2013 who followed the recruitment conducted online. Data collection was obtained by questionnaires
and interviews. The results show that the correlation between the ease of using technology and the desire to succeed is very strong. This study also explains the difficulties faced by job seekers in following online recruitment. The results of this study can be used to prepare PNJ graduates to be able to compete in following the selection process using technology. Type of Paper: Empirical
