Rancang Bangun Sistem Monitoring Anak di Tempat Penitipan Anak Menggunakan Kamera CCTV Berbasis Android

Abstract

This research is a follow-up from previous research of monitoring and control based on android. In
the previous research that have been done about monitoring and application android especially in
the application in the world of control and robotics. Visual monitoring applications using androidbased
CCTV cameras today become one of the alternatives in supervision and security issues.
Android system that is currently widely used in HandPhone is an application based on linux
operating system. The applications that exist are open source so it is possible to be developed
further in various applications, including in terms of monitoring of children in Daycare. Parents
and caregivers can monitor children's activities in daycare. Children monitoring uses CCTV IPs
can be controlled via wifi or the internet. Monitoring using CCTV IP successfully performed with 1
second response time for direct control and varying time for monitoring via internet. The speed of
response is highly dependent on the network used by HP users and the Internet network at
DayCare.
