Abstract

Aspect of technological innovation and marketing is the crucial driving force of the industry in
order to survive the development of the creative economy. The advancement of ICT, internet, social
media, and public confidence in applications has influenced the way business is done. Dissemination of
information through social media (youtube.com) and e-store in SMEs metal craft industry in Juwana,
Pati regency in order to expand the market share and increase the competitive advantages. E-store is an
online store equipped with a virtual gallery which is custom-designed as well as with the existing
framework as an online marketing media. This research was conducted using waterfall methodology
modification with the model of social media company profile, virtual gallery e-store, and information
dissemination of Juwana brass metal product. In the video company profile editing process using Adobe
Premiere application program and additional dubbing and uploaded through Youtube site while the
website system is drawn using the use case diagram and the results of the analysis and the design is
translated in PHP programming language and database My SQL to form the interface for visitors and
administrators.
