General purpose of dissemination of Organic Waste Chopping Technology as an effort to
implement cleaner production and ecotechnology for society, facilitate the process of downstream of
waste utilization process of community research result, improve Polines institutional synergy at various
level of central and regional, increase productivity of added value, quality and competitiveness of
garment chopper product organic-based IPEKS, forming and strengthening the network between the
producers of waste chopper technology for the welfare of the community with IPTEKS users, improving
the welfare of the community, the utilization of technology waste, the use of waste chopsticks. While the
specific purpose to accelerate the dissemination and utilization of technology of organic trash chopper
potential from Polines research and development to the community. Special targets to be achieved is to
disseminate the technology of organic trash chopper to get 6 pieces of garbage chopper and collect
garbage collected in an integrated tub and then chopped. The method used is the stages in the application
of technology to the community, the identification of community needs. The joint implementer of the
partners identifies the need for organic waste chopper by means of FGD, Design, Calculation, TTG
design drawing, drawing design, TTG manufacture, Operation Test, Operational Assistance Working
Procedures to support the realization of offered methods, Problem Identification, Designing, , Equipment
performance test, Assistance, Desimination, Layout mapping, garbage collection, Design of garbage
chopper, Process of working procedure arrangement. The result obtained is a tool chopper with motor
drive motor 5.5PK, 10 rotary cutting blades and 10 pieces of silent knife, 4kw / hour capacity.
