Creative industry is an industry derived from the utilization of skills, creativity, and individual
talents in creating prosperity and employment. Creativity rooted in the use of the Router 3-axis  CNC
machine for the manufacture of art products from wood, acrylic, natural stone, marble stone is expected
to improve the quality and productivity. Problem this research there are not yet machine  equipment.
Equipment such as vacuum cleaners / chips, cooling, clamping, and closing of the machine are needed to
optimize the performance of CNC Router 3-axis machine. The research method begins with a preliminary
study through literature studies and field studies to determine the current machine weakness. The next
phase of designing and manufacturing 3-axis router machine equipment and the last stage to test the
performance of machine equipment. The results showed that the test of vacuum cleaner / power chips 380
W, 1300 r / min, flexible hose size ø42 x 2600 able to suck dust / chip material waste of equal to 74,1%.
The cooling test with dromus oil debit 0.033671 (liter / s) is able to give the best result compared to
cooling with air media. Clamping job testing with clamping gives better performance than clamping with
wood screws. Next testing of the machine encloser  shows the result of Router 3-axis CNC machine from
safety both when machine operation and are not used. Lighting illumination inside the machine encloser
provides comfort during night machine operation.
