Analisis Penggunaan Jumlah Admixture Superplatizier Terhadap Performa Campuran Beton Self Compacting Concrete (SCC)

Abstract

 The use of additives and admixture as added ingredients in concrete mixture of Self Compacting Concrete
(SCC) is needed, so it is necessary to examine the use of the ideal number of admixture to obtain optimal
SCC concrete performance. This study aims to obtain the ideal amount of admixture usage in the SCC
beon mixture, with the use of additives 5 percent against total cement. Fresh concrete test is using slump
flow method, V-funnel and L-box shape. Hard concrete test of total samples used as many as 96 pieces of
concrete cylinders. The result of fresh SCC concrete test meets the specified standard, for additional 5
percent additive in concrete mixture of SCC, with mean value of each concrete test, average 600 mm
distribution for slump flow test, 4,36 second for V- funnel and 0.775 for the L-box shape test. Hard
concrete tests obtained the most optimum performance at an additional 09.6 percent admixture in a
concrete mixture of SCC.
